Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our dynamic marketing team in São Paulo. This role will support the Head of Marketing for Latin America and is an excellent opportunity for a top university student who is serious about gaining hands-on experience in marketing and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be fully proficient in English, with Spanish as a plus, and will work closely with various teams to help drive our marketing efforts across the region. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, educational content, and CRM communications.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to support strategy development.
- Campaign Support: Help plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content and improving search visibility.
- Branding Support: Collaborate on developing marketing materials consistent with brand guidelines.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing assets, maintaining databases, and assisting with compliance approval processes and the influencer partnership program.

PTO Brazilian Labor Law (CLT). In accordance with Brazilian internship legislation, the intern is entitled to 30 (thirty) days of Paid Time Off (Recesso Remunerado) for each full year of internship, as per Article 13 of the Internship Law (Law nº 11.788/08).
If the internship period is shorter than one year, the PTO will be granted on a prorated basis, according to the duration of the internship.

Full proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
