Agricultural Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an Agricultural Technical Support Engineer to join a globally recognized Chinese company, renowned for its rapid growth in the geomatics technology sector and its strong presence in the international market. 

This professional will play a key role in delivering pre-sales, project-based, and post-sales support for agricultural machinery and GNSS technology, ensuring technical excellence while supporting distributors and clients through product presentations, demonstrations, and training. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the Brazilian market, resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage post-sales preparation for new product launches.
• Monitor and improve technical training quality for the region.
• Address complex quality issues with on-site or remote support as needed.
• Support sales with technical assistance before and after sales, including marketing events.
• Analyze market segments to help optimize product offerings.
• Collaborate on custom projects to ensure timely completion and support sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support within the GNSS or agricultural autopilot industry.
• Fluency in English
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proactive, positive, and responsible, with excellent communication and resilience under pressure.
