About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to join a multinational consumer goods company as an IT Governance Project Manager. This role requires someone with strong critical thinking skills, organizational ability, and a talent for turning data into actionable insights. You’ll act as a key link between operations and leadership, helping drive alignment and decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead governance forums, meetings, and rituals, ensuring alignment across departments
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from various projects, maintaining data integrity
• Update dashboards, KPIs, and both operational and executive reports using Power BI and Excel
• Create strategic materials to support leadership and global teams
• Communicate effectively across technical and business areas, with active listening and clear articulation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT governance, PMO, data analysis, or portfolio management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with strong communication skills
• Experience working in structured corporate environments
• Background in transformation or governance structuring projects
• Ability to translate data into strategic and visual narratives
• Advanced or fluent English

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a PMO
• Involvement in digital transformation projects
• Strong data storytelling skills

Work Model: Hybrid (3x/week on-site) – São Paulo/SP (Av. Juscelino Kubitschek area)
