We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic implementation and transformation initiative within a global environment. The professional will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders across different regions, overseeing system integrations, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful project go-live.

This role requires experience in HR, Time Management, Workforce Management, Payroll-related processes, and enterprise system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance implementation and transformation projects.

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and external vendors.

Drive integration activities between Time & Attendance, Payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other enterprise platforms.

Oversee testing strategy, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live readiness.

Ensure risks, assumptions, and mitigation actions are identified and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide executive reporting, project status updates, and governance support.

Support change management, user adoption, training, and hypercare activities.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager leading complex technology or HR transformation projects.

Background in Time & Attendance, Time Management, Workforce Management, or Payroll-related initiatives.

Experience managing enterprise software implementations, integrations, migrations, or digital transformation programs.

Experience coordinating testing activities such as UAT, SIT, parallel runs, and defect management.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working with multinational teams and global stakeholders.

Ability to identify project risks and drive mitigation plans proactively.

Advanced English (daily interaction with international teams).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, HCM, Workforce Management, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of payroll processes and integrations.

Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or large workforce environments.

Experience working with global delivery teams.

Contract Details

Contract duration: until the end of the year, with potential extension.

Hybrid model: 2 days per week onsite

South Zone, São Paulo - Brazil

International exposure with global stakeholders.
