We are supporting a global HR/IT project that requires a professional to act as a communication bridge between local teams and international stakeholders (mainly India).

This is not a pure translation role — we are looking for someone with a background in IT or HR environments, who can support meetings, understand the context, and ensure clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Participate in project meetings with global teams and vendors

Support communication between Portuguese and English speakers during calls

Ensure clarity in discussions involving HR processes and IT topics

Assist with the translation of emails, meeting notes, and basic documentation

Help align stakeholders by clarifying context when needed

Requirements

Fluent English (mandatory) – strong verbal communication is essential

Fluent Portuguese

Background in IT support, infrastructure, HR systems or project environments

Experience in structured corporate environments (medium/large companies)

Ability to communicate clearly in multicultural settings

Organized and reliable

Nice to Have

Exposure to global projects or offshore teams

Basic knowledge of HR processes or systems

Experience supporting meetings or stakeholders

Duration: until December (hypercare period)

Workload: flexible, up to 4 hours per day depending on demand

Working hours: business hours (BRT)

Work model: 100% remote, with occasional on-site presence if required in São Paulo - SP
